Tech check
Before you see any participants on the screen, our dedicated live Participant Coordinator takes the time to ensure that their camera placement, audio volume, and internet connection are all set up just right for the best possible engagement.
Better collaboration & moderation
Our Moderator and Insights Lead are different people with a direct line to each other. The Insights Lead collaborates with you in the virtual observation suite, while the Moderator focuses on leading the research conversation and probing for the most valuable insights.
Skip the small talk
Each research session is like a live TV show—as a client, you skip the tech checks, warmups and intros and only tune in during the core research. This gives you significant breaks in the day while the process moves forward behind the scenes.
Virtual observation suite
Our platform mimics the traditional research facility's back room experience. Collaborate with colleagues and our Insights Lead during and after each session. The link to the suite remains the same all day across multiple sessions, so you can easily pop in and out as needed with your schedule.
Onscreen graphics
Throughout the live session, onscreen graphics display key participant details. You decide what information appears onscreen and in our edited video highlight reels. The participants don’t see the graphics, only you do.
Better participant experience
More comfortable participants lead to deeper insight generation—that’s why, on our platform, they never know how many people are watching. We also limit sessions to no more than 4 participants to ensure everyone gets heard.
Watch with Zoom
As long as you have Zoom, you don’t need to buy, download, or install any additional software. We developed our platform to work within Zoom because we found it to be the most stable, accessible, and adaptable across devices.
Client privacy
Participants will never see your name, your chat, or know how many people are observing.
No subscription to buy
All Research Anywhere work is billed per-project. There are no monthly or annual software licensing commitments.
